    Standard Field

    Starting from the standard field, rice is purchased in large standard fields of farmer households and cooperatives with guidance according to GLOBAL G.A.P standards set by Delifarm.

  • 02

    Import rice into factory

    After a period of growing in large standard fields, technicians will come to check the quality of rice seeds and choose a date to harvest. The process of importing rice into the factory is carried out by modern production lines and ensures food safety and hygiene.

    Rice Drying Process

    Harvested rice is transported to the drying process to achieve standard moisture according to technical specifications to ensure Australian HACCP standards.

  • 04

    Rice peeling

    Freshly dried rice is stored in a dry place to conduct milling to remove the thick and hard outer husk, also by the process stones are removed and classify by-products.

  • 05

    Polishing process

    The milled rice is then put into the polishing line to remove the outer skin, in order to produce a shiny and white grain of rice 

  • 06

    Quality check and packaging finished products

    After the rice has been finished and calibrated, the rice will be checked carefully before packing, from moisture to grain quality. This inspection process is extremely strictly to ensure that the best quality and delicious rice grains are brought to the consumer.

    Only rice grains that fully meet the standards will go to the final step: packaging the finished product and ready to serve meals for all Vietnamese families.
